Synopsis
Billie Jean Davy, a typical Texas kid, finds herself embroiled in a peculiar battle for justice. Local boys frequently harass and follow her, and one day they plan to ruin her brother’s scooter for amusement. The father of the boys declines to reimburse them for the cost of the scooter. Teens travel the state in the struggle for “fair is fair,” and an unlikely hero emerges.
